Conseiller juridique (h/f/d) 80-100% #

Ce que vous accomplissez

  • Vous prenez en charge le suivi juridique et le conseil de nos clients
  • Vous traitez des questions de droit des sociétés
  • Vous participez aux opérations de fusions et acquisitions, notamment lors d-achats d-entreprises et de fusions entre tiers
  • Vous réalisez des audits de due diligence
  • Vous accompagnez les restructurations internes au groupe
  • Vous gérez des projets de manière autonome et coordonnez la collaboration entre différentes disciplines telles que le droit, la fiscalité, le conseil en transactions, la comptabilité et l-audit

Ce qui vous permet de réussir

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un diplôme en droit et disposez du brevet d-avocat d-un canton
  • Vous possédez des connaissances juridiques dans les domaines mentionnés ci-dessus et/ou avez une grande motivation à acquérir ces connaissances
  • Vous vous décrivez comme un joueur d-équipe prononcé, orienté service, sympathique, positif et coopératif
  • Vous avez un sens aigu du conseil personnalisé axé sur les besoins, avec une expression assurée et précise en allemand et (idéalement) en anglais
