Auf der Suche nach einem interessanten Rechtspraktikum für angehende Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte?

Unterstützen Sie den Rechtsdienst der Sicherheitsdirektion bei der Führung von Beschwerdeverfahren und sammeln Sie dabei unter professioneller Anleitung erste Berufserfahrungen in den vielfältigen Rechtsgebieten der Direktion (u.a. Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug, Ausländerrecht). Das Praktikum wird als Gerichtspraktikum angerechnet.

* Redaktion von Verfügungen und Beschwerdeentscheiden * Verfassen von Vernehmlassungen an obere Gerichtsinstanzen * Rechtsabklärungen * Einblick in die Rechtsetzung

**Ihr Profil**

* Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (MLaw) * Absicht, das bernische Anwalts- oder Notariatspatent zu erwerben * Interesse am Verwaltungs(verfahrens)recht * Redaktionelles Geschick * Teamfähigkeit

**Sicherheitsdirektion Generalsekretariat**

Die Sicherheitsdirektion (SID) des Kantons Bern erfüllt mit ihren rund 4'500 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern vielfältige und wichtige Aufgaben im Bereich Schutz und Sicherheit der Öffentlichkeit.

Der Rechtsdienst im Generalsekretariat der SID leitet mit seinen 11 Mitarbeitenden die Beschwerdeverfahren im Zuständigkeitsbereich der SID. Dieser umfasst insbesondere das Ausländerrecht, den Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug, das Polizeirecht sowie das Zivilstandswesen. Daneben behandelt der Rechtsdienst Staatshaftungsbegehren sowie aufsichtsrechtliche Anzeigen, und er leistet den übrigen Geschäftsfeldern des GS und dem Direktor juristische Unterstützung.
