Die Schlichtungsbehörde Berner Jura - Seeland in Biel/Bienne hat im 2027 und 2028 je vier Praktikant/innen-stellen BLaw oder MLaw 80% oder 100% für eine Praktikumsdauer von 6 Monaten zu besetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie erhalten Gelegenheit zu weitgehend selbständigem Arbeiten im Rahmen von Rechtsberatungen im Miet- und Arbeitsrecht unter kundiger Betreuung durch die zuständigen GerichtsschreiberInnen.

Im Rahmen von Schlichtungsverhandlungen werden Sie das Protokoll erstellen, im Vorfeld zu den Verhandlungen Rechtsabklärungen verfassen und prozessleitende Verfügungen vorbereiten.

Ihr Profil

Voraussetzung eines Praktikums ist der erfolgreiche Abschluss des juristischen Master-Studium (Bachelor genügt jedoch auch). Sie verfügen über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, sind belastbar und flexibel. Sie sind deutscher Muttersprache und Ihre mündlichen Französischkenntnisse entsprechen Niveau B2. Sie haben gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte und beherrschen das Zehnfingersystem. Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über erste praktische Erfahrungen.
