Deine Aufgaben: ###

  • Aktive Suche nach geeigneten Kandidaten über diverse Rekrutierungskanäle (RAV, Internet, Social-Media, internes Betriebssystem etc.)
  • Täglicher telefonischer Kontakt zu Bewerbern und bestehenden Kandidaten
  • Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitender, indem du die Vorselektion übernimmst
  • Inserate, Mailings und Ausschreibungen kreieren, schalten und verwalten
  • Selbstständiges koordinieren der Vorstellungsgespräche in der Filiale
  • Telefonisch Referenzen einholen, Dossier erstellen, Kandidatenpflege im System
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Bewerbern und des Filialleiter

Dein Profil: ###

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder bereits Erfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion als Personalsachbearbeiter, Personalassistentin, Bürofachmann oder Rekruter
  • Muttersprache CH-Deutsch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Italienisch, Spanisch oder Portugiesisch von Vorteil
  • Belastbare, flexible, teamfähige Persönlichkeit (Lehrabgänger oder Wiedereinsteiger willkommen)
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und bist ein Organisationstalent
