Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du verfasst und publizierst attraktive Stelleninserate auf verschiedenen Plattformen
  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst Talente durch Active Sourcing, Social Media und moderne Recruiting-Methoden
  • Du führst Telefoninterviews sowie persönliche Bewerbungsgespräche durch
  • Du beurteilst Qualifikationen, Potenziale und Soft Skills von Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten
  • Du holst Referenzen ein und begleitest den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess
  • Du bereitest Kandidaten professionell auf Kundengespräche vor
  • Du baust langfristige Kandidatennetzwerke auf und pflegst diese nachhaltig
  • Du beobachtest regionale Arbeitsmarkttrends und erkennst neue Recruiting-Chancen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an innovativen Recruiting- und Employer-Branding-Projekten mit

Das bringst du mit:

  • Kaufmännische Erfahrung 
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting, Personalwesen, Verkauf oder in einer dienstleistungsorientierten Funktion von Vorteil
  • Quereinsteiger mit Verkaufsflair und Begeisterung für den Umgang mit Menschen sind willkommen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude am Netzwerken und an der aktiven Kandidatengewinnung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und sicheres Auftreten
  • Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Affinität für digitale Tools, Social Media und moderne Recruiting-Kanäle
