Vos principales responsabilités #

Recrutement ###

  • Identifier, sélectionner et recruter des profils qualifiés.
  • Mener les entretiens de recrutement et évaluer les compétences techniques et humaines des candidats.
  • Constituer un vivier de talents et assurer un suivi personnalisé des candidats.
  • Assurer le placement des collaborateurs temporaires et fixes.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience réussie dans le recrutement, ou vous êtes titulaire d'une formation initiale dans l'industrie ou l'horlogerie et souhaitez vous orienter vers une fonction administrative et de recrutement.
  • Vous appréciez le développement commercial et les contacts humains.
  • Vous possédez un excellent sens de l'organisation et savez gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats tout en plaçant la satisfaction client au cœur de vos priorités.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, autonome et doté(e) d'un fort esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français. Le portugais ou l'espagnol est un atout.
