En tant que Recruteur(se), nous vous confions une double responsabilité permettant de gérer le cycle complet de vie de nos candidats / collaborateurs  Responsabilité Recrutement personnel soignant hospitalier pour postes fixes : Sourcing et recherche de candidats : \- Identifier et attirer les meilleurs talents du secteur médical en suisse romande via diverses sources : plateformes de recrutement, réseaux sociaux, job boards, baseS de données interne, etc. \- Élaborer et diffuser des annonces de recrutement. Sélection des candidats : \- Analyser les candidatures et effectuer des pré-sélections rigoureuses en fonction des critères de recrutement. \- Conduire des entretiens en digital et/ou présentiel \- Prendre des références \- Réaliser les synthèses de présentation

Gestion du processus de recrutement : \- Suivre et accompagner les candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement : de l-entretien à la signature du contrat. Responsabilité placement temporaire de personnel soignant hospitalier  Gestion des missions temporaires  \- Traiter les demandes de missions temporaires en milieu hospitalier en positionnant notre pool candidats référencés \- Gérer toute demande de notre client liée à ces missions temporaires  \- Assurer une relation de haute qualité avec notre client hospitalier, afin de garantir une qualité des soins 

Onboarding des candidats : \- Préparer et coordonner l-intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs en milieu hospitalier, en veillant à ce qu-ils soient bien informés de leurs missions et des attentes.  

Profil recherché : ###

  • Vous jouissez au minimum d'une expérience avérée en recrutement de professionnels des soins 
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française 
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences relationnelles et d'un réseau sur Suisse romande 
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, les job boards, 
  • L'IA et son intégration dans les outils de recrutement vous intéresse tout particulièrement,
  • Enfin, autonome et pro actif, vous disposez d'un team spirit reconnu
