Le Groupe Eldora est actif dans le domaine de la restauration de collectivités. Avec un chiffre d'affaires consolidé de plus de CHF 400 millions, c'est l'un des plus grands groupes de restauration en Suisse. Son siège est situé à Rolle (VD) et concentre l'ensemble de ses services administratifs qui emploient plus d'une centaine de collaborateurs.

Afin de compléter notre équipe Ressources Humaines, nous sommes à la recherche d'un :

Recruteur(se) à 50 %

Votre rôle

Intégré au sein de notre équipe Ressources Humaines, vous participez activement au recrutement de nos futurs collaborateurs et accompagnez les responsables de secteur dans le recrutement de nos responsables de restaurant et chefs de cuisine.

Vous prenez en charge les recrutements qui vous sont confiés, depuis la définition du besoin avec les managers jusqu'à la sélection des candidats. Vous rédigez et publiez les annonces sur nos différents canaux, analysez les candidatures reçues, réalisez les premiers entretiens de recrutement.

Vous participez à l'amélioration continue de nos pratiques de recrutement et pouvez être amené à prendre part à différents projets RH au sein du département.

Votre profil :

Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience réussie dans le recrutement, idéalement au sein d'un service RH, d'une agence de placement ou dans un environnement à fort volume. Une bonne connaissance des métiers de la restauration et de leurs enjeux en matière de recrutement est souhaitée.

À l'aise dans la relation avec les candidats et les managers, vous faites preuve d'écoute, de réactivité et d'un excellent sens du service. Organisé, autonome et rigoureux, vous savez gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément et maîtrisez les outils de recrutement ainsi que les plateformes professionnelles.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et disposez de bonnes connaissances en allemand. Une bonne compréhension du marché de l'emploi suisse ainsi qu'une expérience dans le secteur de la restauration constituent de solides atouts.
