Pour l-un de nos clients, entreprise active dans le domaine de la mécanique de précision, nous recherchons un·e Rectifieur / Rectifieuse expérimenté·e afin de renforcer son équipe. Vos responsabilités - Réaliser des opérations de rectification cylindrique et/ou plane sur des pièces mécaniques de précision- - Effectuer les réglages et assurer la conduite des machines de rectification - Travailler notamment sur des équipements de type Fritz Studer - Préparer et monter les pièces en respectant les exigences techniques - Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels et garantir la conformité des pièces produites - Lire et interpréter les plans ainsi que les données techniques nécessaires à la fabrication - Assurer le suivi de la production et effectuer les corrections nécessaires - Veiller au respect des exigences de qualité et de précision - Participer à l-entretien courant des équipements et de son environnement de travail

Votre profil

Votre profil - Vous bénéficiez d-une expérience confirmée en rectification cylindrique et/ou plane - Vous êtes issu·e idéalement du domaine de la mécanique de précision ou de la fabrication de pinces - Une expérience sur machines Fritz Studer constitue un réel atout - Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plans et l-utilisation des moyens de contrôle dimensionnel - Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre précision, votre autonomie et votre rigueur - Vous êtes à l-aise avec le travail nécessitant des tolérances serrées et un haut niveau de qualité - Les profils issus exclusivement du domaine des outils de coupe ne correspondent pas à l-environnement recherché
