Job Description ##

  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden sowie nachhaltiger Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen in der Region Zürich
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung deines Verkaufsgebiets
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks im regionalen Markt
  • Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen und Entwicklung geeigneter Vertriebsstrategien zur Umsatzsteigerung
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der vereinbarten Verkaufs- und Umsatzziele
  • Kompetente Beratung von Kunden zu individuellen Transport- und Logistiklösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufsinnendienst sowie den operativen Fachabteilungen, um eine optimale Kundenbetreuung sicherzustellen
  • Laufende Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Erkennen neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Transport, Spedition oder Logistik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkaufsaussendienst, idealerweise im Bereich Landverkehr, Transportlogistik oder Spedition
  • Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse sowie ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Region Zürich
  • Ausgeprägte Freude am Vertrieb, an der Neukundenakquise und am persönlichen Kundenkontakt
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
  • Offene, kommunikative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
