En raison de la croissance continue et de la promotion interne d'une collaboratrice de longue date, nous recherchons en mandat exclusif une personnalité engagée et performante en vente en tant que :

Responsable régional des ventes (h/f)

Zone de vente Bâle, Berne et Suisse centrale

Après une formation approfondie, vous prenez en charge de manière autonome la gestion et le développement de votre zone de vente dans les régions mentionnées ci-dessus. Vous vous concentrez sur les visites des ophtalmologistes en cabinet et construisez des relations clients durables et de confiance. Vous reprenez une zone de vente bien développée avec des relations clients établies et de longue date.

Avec vos solides connaissances médicales, votre expérience dans la vente en soins spécialisés et votre sens aigu de la vente, vous menez des discussions techniques exigeantes sur un pied d'égalité. Grâce à votre proximité client prononcée et votre capacité à détecter tôt les évolutions du marché et des clients, vous identifiez de nouveaux potentiels et en déduisez des actions de vente ciblées, telles que l'organisation de formations continues, de tables rondes, etc.

Pour ce poste polyvalent et responsable, nous recherchons une personnalité performante en vente, déjà active avec succès dans la visite médicale et ayant une expérience dans le domaine des soins spécialisés (ophtalmologie, dermatologie, gynécologie, urologie, rhumatologie, etc.). En tant que personne dynamique, vous travaillez de manière autonome, pensez de façon entrepreneuriale et poursuivez vos objectifs avec une grande initiative personnelle et une mentalité positive. Vous êtes également habitué à assumer la responsabilité de votre secteur, à définir correctement les priorités et à réagir de manière flexible et orientée solutions aux situations exigeantes. Votre ambition, votre engagement et votre plaisir au contact personnel avec les clients constituent la base de votre succès durable dans ce poste.
