Was du täglich bewirkst

* Du erweiterst den Kundenstamm von Assura, indem du gezielt neue Kundinnen und Kunden ansprichst. Du bringst dich aktiv in die Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsmassnahmen ein – abgestimmt auf deine Ziele und die Ziele deines Teams.

  • Du hast ein offenes Ohr für die Erwartungen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden und verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse. So entwickelst du passgenaue Lösungen und baust nachhaltige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über alle Kundenkontakte sowie administrativen Abläufe und sorgst von Anfang an für ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis. Dank deinem Organisationstalent und deinem feinen Gespür für zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen fühlen sich die Kundinnen und Kunden bei dir gut aufgehoben.
  • Deinen Berufsalltag bewältigst du mit der Unterstützung deiner Führungskraft und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team. Du erhältst eine umfassende Schulung mit VBV\-Zertifizierung, damit du deine Aufgaben kompetent und sicher angehen kannst, was zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kundinnen und Kunden beitragen wird.

Was du ins Team einbringst

  • Du hast deine Grundausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Eine Weiterbildung, z. B. mit dem VBV\-Zertifikat, ist von Vorteil.
  • Du bist serviceorientiert, begeisterst dich für den Verkauf oder bringst bereits erste Verkaufserfahrung mit.
  • Du zeichnest dich aus durch Integrität und professionelles Auftreten und überzeugst mit starker Kommunikation und unternehmerischer Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bist mobil und nutzt dein eigenes Fahrzeug für Kundentermine. Dabei schätzt du die Flexibilität, deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenverantwortlich zu gestalten.
