Der Schulpsychologische Dienst des Kantons St. Gallen (SPD) ist ein Beratungsdienst für Schülerinnen und , deren Eltern und Lehrpersonen sowie für Schulleitungen und Schulbehörden. An der Zentralstelle, den sieben Regionalstellen und bei der Kriseninterventionsgruppe sind rund 90 Personen tätig. Weitere Informationen finden Sie auf

Regionalstellenleitung / Schulpsychologe/\-in (80% \- 90%) für die Regionalstelle Rorschach --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bereichsleitung und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (15%) --------------------------------------------------------

Im Umfang von 25% hat die Regionalstellenleitung Rorschach Vorgesetztenfunktion gegenüber sieben Mitarbeitenden, Kontakt mit den Präsidien der 17 Schulträger und Einsitz in die Leitungskonferenz des SPD. Die schulpsychologische Tätigkeit von 55% umfasst Abklärungen, Beratungen, Interventionen und Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen und Behörden. Da auch Landgemeinden zu betreuen sind, erfordert die Tätigkeit die ützung eines eigenen Autos.

Gleichzeitig ist die Funktion der Bereichsleitung im Umfang von 15% zu besetzen, Diese leitet selbst eine Regionalstelle, ist ein bis zwei weiteren Regionalstellenleitungen vorgesetzt und für spezifische Fachbereiche des SPD zuständig. Sie ist Mitglied der vierköpfigen Geschäftsleitung des SPD.

Es sind Bewerbungen nur für die Regionalstellenleitung Rorschach oder für die Bereichsleitung/Regionalstellenleitung Rorschach möglich, wobei dies beim Bewerbungsschreiben explizit anzugeben ist.

Wir erwarten:

  • Hochschulstudium in Psychologie (Lizentiat oder Master)
  • Abgeschlossene fachpsychologische Weiterbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Schulpsychologe/\-in
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • Kommunikative und engagierte Persönlichkeit
  • Interesse an lösungsorientierter Beratung, an Fragen der Schulentwicklung und an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
