Regulatory Affairs Für ein etabliertes Schweizer Finanzinstitut suchen wir eine juristisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die regulatorische Entwicklungen einordnet, deren Umsetzung begleitet und als kompetente Ansprechperson für rechtliche und aufsichtsrechtliche Fragestellungen agiert.

Regulatory Compliance Officer (80-100%) #

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich Sie analysieren neue regulatorische und finanzmarktrechtliche Anforderungen und beurteilen deren Auswirkungen auf die Bank. Gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen begleiten Sie die Umsetzung der daraus entstehenden Vorgaben. Sie bearbeiten rechtliche und aufsichtsrechtliche Fragestellungen und koordinieren Anfragen sowie Erhebungen von Aufsichtsbehörden. Dabei übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Stellen und externen Ansprechpartnern. Sie beraten die Organisation in ausgewählten Legal- und Compliance-Themen und unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Entwicklung praktikabler Lösungen. Darüber hinaus wirken Sie bei der Weiterentwicklung des internen Regelwerks mit und koordinieren beziehungsweise verfassen Reglemente und weitere rechtlich relevante Grundlagen.

Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über einen Schweizer Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzmarktumfeld mit. Erfahrung bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde, einer Bank oder in einer auf Finanzmarktrecht spezialisierten Funktion ist besonders interessant. Ein Schweizer Anwaltspatent ist von Vorteil. Sie kennen das Schweizer Finanzmarktrecht und können regulatorische Vorgaben sicher analysieren, verständlich einordnen und in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzen. Sie überzeugen durch stilsichere Kommunikation, ein souveränes Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick. Eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.

Ihre Perspektiven Sie übernehmen eine vielseitige juristische Funktion mit direktem Bezug zu wichtigen regulatorischen und strategischen Fragestellungen der Bank. Die Position bietet Ihnen einen breiten Einblick in unterschiedliche Geschäftsbereiche und die Möglichkeit, regulatorische Entwicklungen nicht nur rechtlich zu beurteilen, sondern deren Umsetzung aktiv mitzugestalten.
