Die ABZH ist mit mehr als 2000 Lernenden eine der grossen Berufsfachschulen im Kanton Zürich. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Zürich gelegen, engagieren sich über 100 Lehrpersonen und ein professionelles Team in der Administration für ein qualitativ hochstehendes Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebot. Die Stelle des Rektorats ist bis Ende dieses Schuljahres interimistisch besetzt und wird daher für eine definitive Besetzung per 1.9.2027 öffentlich ausgeschrieben. Wir suchen deshalb einen neuen Rektor / eine neue Rektorin.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

Sie führen die Schulleitung und tragen dabei die pädagogische, personelle und -nanzielle Gesamtverantwortung. Die Schulleitung umfasst die drei Abteilungen -Kulinarik und Gastfreundschaft-, -Angewandte Technik, Beratung und Dokumentation- sowie -Gesellschaft, Sprache und Bewegung-. Weiter ist Ihnen der Bereich -Zentrale Dienste- unterstellt. Unterstützt werden Sie in Ihrer Arbeit von den Abteilungsleitungen, der Verwaltungsleitung und einzelnen Stabsstellen. Zusammen mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie den Schulbetrieb sicher und gestalten in Absprache mit den zuständigen Stellen im Kanton die Zukunft der ABZH. Selbst übernehmen Sie ein kleines Unterrichtspensum. Die Kontakte ausserhalb der Schule, insbesondere mit wirtschaftlichen Gremien und Berufsverbänden, p-egen Sie aktiv.

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Tertiärstufe A oder B)
  • Unterrichtsbefähigung im Berufsfeld der ABZH
  • Führungserfahrung in der Aus- und Weiterbildung einer kantonalen Berufsfachschule
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der kantonalen Verwaltung
  • Kenntnisse der Berufsbildungslandschaft Schweiz
  • Gute Vernetzung mit Berufsverbänden und Gremien
  • Freude und Passion für die Personalführung und -entwicklung
  • Adressatengerechte Kommunikation
  • Starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten (Prozessentwicklung)
  • Empathische, langfristig denkende Führungspersönlichkeit
