Notre établissement financier emploie plus de 480 collaboratrices et collaborateurs sur huit sites en Suisse. Outre notre siège principal à Bâle, nous possédons des succursales à Fribourg, Genève, Lausanne, Lugano, Neuchâtel, Sion et Zurich. Votre Mission Assistance et conseil complets aux entreprises clientes nationales et internationales, ainsi qu'à leurs propriétaires et à leur direction dans le domaine du financement (lignes de crédit bilatérales, crédits consortiaux, financements hypothécaires, garanties, opérations de crédit documentaire. etc.) et des placements (gestion de trésorerie, couverture de change, placements en titres, gestion de caisses de pension, etc.) Identification des besoins des clients et proposition des solutions proactivement, utilisation active des spécialistes (tandem) au sein de la banque pour développer le side\-business Examen des demandes de crédit et montage des demandes de financement Acquisition de nouveaux clients Votre Profil Au bénéfice d'une solide formation bancaire (université, école supérieure ou CFC) complété idéalement par une certification SAQ en PME ou CCoB, vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée dans les financements commerciaux (PME) et êtes à même d’identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients par votre esprit entrepreneurial et votre connaissance du tissu socio\-économique neuchâtelois. Vous disposez d’une grande aisance relationnelle, de capacités de négociation, d’un bon esprit d’initiative et d’un sens des responsabilités développé. Vous êtes une personne positive et communicative qui accorde beaucoup d'importance au travail en équipe. De langue maternelle française, vous disposez également de bonnes notions en anglais (B2\) et en allemand (B2\).
