Nous recrutons un Research Scientist en chimie organique pour rejoindre une équipe de R&D basée à Stein.

Vous serez responsable de la planification et de la réalisation de synthèses organiques, de l'optimisation des voies de synthèse et de la caractérisation des composés, tout en garantissant une documentation rigoureuse et le respect des normes de sécurité.

Le poste est ouvert aux candidats titulaires d-un Master en chimie organique ou dans une discipline équivalente. Un niveau de formation supérieur au Master, notamment un PhD, n-est pas recherché pour ce poste.

Research Scientist - Organic Chemistry

Vos responsabilités ##

  • Planifier et réaliser de manière autonome des synthèses organiques multi-étapes.
  • Développer et optimiser des voies de synthèse en tenant compte des critères de montée en échelle.
  • Purifier les composés à l'aide des techniques appropriées.
  • Caractériser les produits synthétisés et évaluer leur pureté.
  • Réaliser et documenter les évaluations des risques conformément aux procédures HSE.
  • Assurer une documentation scientifique rigoureuse.
  • Présenter les résultats des travaux de recherche à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de recherche sur les différents projets.

Votre profil ##

  • Formation de niveau Master en chimie organique ou dans une discipline équivalente.
  • Expérience en synthèse organique multi-étapes et optimisation de réactions.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de purification et de caractérisation (HPLC, NMR, cristallisation, chromatographie flash).
  • Bonne compréhension des mécanismes réactionnels.
  • Personne autonome, rigoureuse, organisée et orientée résultats.
  • Bon esprit d'équipe et bonnes capacités de communication.
  • Anglais courant, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
