Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Bearbeitung professioneller telefonischer und schriftlicher Reservierungen
  • Effiziente Bearbeitung aller Reservierungsanfragen
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Zimmern und Gutscheinen
  • Pflege der Gästekartei und Bearbeitung von Korrespondenzen
  • Verwaltung aller Reservierungsanfragen und Buchungen für Gruppen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
  • Förderung von Up- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Stornierungen und Zahlungen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Durchführung monatlicher Provisionsabrechnungen für alle Online-Reisebüros (OTAs) und Reisebüros

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
  • Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie (5-Sterne von Vorteil) in der Reservierung
  • Dynamische Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Entscheidungsfreudig, verantwortungsbewusst und selbstständig
  • Strukturierte, speditive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Guten Rund-um Blick, Organisationstalent
  • Stressresistent 
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch fliessend, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
