Die Abteilungen der Corporate Services - Sales & Marketing, Reservierung, Revenue Management, Public Relations, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources & Training, Purchasing sowie Finance - sind übergreifend für alle Betriebe der Dolder Hotel AG verantwortlich. Sie bieten den operativen Bereichen professionellen Fachsupport, so dass gemeinsam eine hoch personalisierte Dienstleistung am Gast erreicht wird.

Ihr Profil

  • • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion in der gehobenen Hotellerie
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Reservation, Rooms Division oder Revenue Management
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Abläufe eines professionellen Reservationsbetriebs
  • Gutes Verständnis für Verkauf, Zimmerinventar und Vertriebskanäle
  • Erfahrung in der Führung, Förderung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und kostenbewusstes Handeln
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Gästeorientierung
  • Klare, verbindliche und professionelle Kommunikation
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Partnern
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Belastbarkeit in Alltags- und Ausnahmesituationen
  • Konsequente Umsetzung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, Nachtarbeitszeiten und Duty-Diensten

Ihre Aufgaben

  • • Führung des Reservations-Departments
  • Aktiver Verkauf aller Dienstleistungen und Produkte
  • Upselling und Crossselling von Zimmern, Gastronomie, Spa und Dolder Eis und Bad
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Offerten und Reservationen
  • Sicherstellung der 24-Stunden-Bearbeitungsfrist
  • Stellvertretung des Revenue Managers
  • Erstellung des Occupancy Forecasts
  • Verwaltung des Zimmerinventars über sämtliche Verkaufskanäle
  • Verwaltung von Zimmerkontingenten
  • Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Reservation und den Abteilungen Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Spa und Marketing
  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufs- und Marketingaktivitäten
  • Erstellung von Rapporten, Statistiken und Analysen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Budgeterstellung
  • Kostenkontrolle sowie Massnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung und Kostenoptimierung
  • Erstellung und Überwachung der Arbeitspläne
  • Sicherstellung des internen und externen Informationsflusses
  • Training, Förderung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitarbeit bei der Rekrutierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Human Resources
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe gemäss Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Feedback, Reklamationen und Wünschen
  • Einleitung von Sofortmassnahmen und Sicherstellung des Follow-ups
  • Markt- und Trendbeobachtung
