Das 4* Hotel Steffani befindet sich im Herzen von St. Moritz und zählt rund 80 Mitarbeiter in 4 Abteilungen. Das Hotel verfügt über 61 Zimmer welche sich in 10 verschiedene Kategorien vom Standard Einzelzimmer bis zur Steffani Master Suite aufteilen. Zusätzlich verfügt das Hotel Steffani über einen modernen Pool und Spa Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und beheiztem Indoor Pool.

Nicht zu vergessen, die 3 Restaurant, 3 Bars und der Nachtclub. Das erste und älteste Restaurant in St. Moritz, Le Lapin Bleu mit italienischen und schweizerischen Spezialitäten, Caschölin und das Stüva Grill Restaurant mit Tagesspezialitäten wie Rind, Lamm und Fisch vom Grill für unsere Stüva- und Hotelgäste. Die 3 Bars und der Nachtclub befinden sich ebenfalls direkt im Hotel und bieten eine grosse Abwechslung für unsere Nachtschwärmer.

Ihre Aufgaben - Check-in / Check-out mit eigener Kasse - Anreise- und Abreisekontrolle - Concierge Tätigkeiten - Führung und Kontrolle der eigenen Kasse und Tagesabschluss - Verfügbarkeiten auf den verschiedenen Reservationskanälen verwalten - Selbstständige Bearbeitung der täglichen Aufgaben / Checkliste in Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Schichten - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Departements (Housekeeping und F&B) - Betreuung der Telefonzentrale - Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung sämtlicher schriftlicher und Telefonischer Reservierungsanfragen in Deutsch und Englisch, Italienisch oder jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil - Allgemeine Administrative Aufgaben und Schriftverkehr - Schreiben von Rechnungen - Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene Berufslehre und Erfahrung in der Hotellerie oder im kaufmännischen Bereich - Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil - Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit PROTEL oder einem anderen PMS System von Vorteil - Hohe Belastbarkeit, exakte Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität - Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und am Verkauf - Gepflegtes Auftreten mit guten Umgangsformen - Teamgeist und Selbstständigkeit Wir bieten - Ganzjahresstelle im wunderschönen Engadin - Abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tätigkeit in einem sympathischen und familiären Umfeld - Ein junges motiviertes Team - Erweiterung des Aufgabenbereiches je nach Stärken und Interessen möglich - Personalunterkunft - Verpflegung in der Mitarbeiter Kantine - Friends & Family Rates für Hotelübernachtungen
