L'Ufficio tecnico è competente per la progettazione, la costruzione, la manutenzione e l'esercizio delle strade cantonali, nonché per le opere idrauliche e la mobilità lenta nei Grigioni. Inoltre, ci occupiamo della manutenzione d'esercizio delle strade nazionali sul territorio cantonale. L'infrastruttura stradale del Cantone comprende oltre 1450 manufatti, tra cui ponti fino a 90 metri di altezza e gallerie lunghe fino a 3 chilometri. Le sfide che la natura del nostro Cantone di montagna cela d'estate e d'inverno rendono il nostro lavoro impegnativo e variegato. In qualità di ufficio certificato con il marchio Friendly Work Space ci stanno particolarmente a cuore la salute e la soddisfazione dei nostri circa 480 collaboratori e collaboratrici. Per questo motivo ci impegniamo a favore di una gestione sistematica della salute in azienda (GSA). Per la sezione costruzione di strade cerchiamo per il 1° gennaio 2027 o per data da convenire un/a responsabile di progetto per l'esecuzione (direttore/trice dei lavori di settore)

Mansioni

  • Responsabilità specialistica per i progetti di nuova costruzione, ampliamento e sistemazione assegnati lungo la rete di strade principali in tutto il Cantone
  • Responsabilità per quanto riguarda l'elaborazione dei progetti dal punto di vista tecnico, del rispetto delle scadenze e dei costi nonché per quanto riguarda il controllo del rispetto delle direttive di qualità
  • Direzione dei lavori di settore per progetti lungo le strade principali del Cantone
  • Direzione autonoma di progetti stradali e di genio civile complessi nelle fasi di pubblicazione e realizzazione
  • Coordinamento tra progettazione e realizzazione
  • Gestione specialistica delle direzioni locali dei lavori
  • Sostegno al responsabile della sezione costruzione di strade principali nel settore della gestione interna della qualità

Cosa ci aspettiamo da lei

  • Diploma quale ingegnere/a civile (livello BSc, MSc), impresario/a costruttore/trice o formazione equivalente
  • Ottime conoscenze specialistiche ed esperienza pluriennale nell'esecuzione di progetti stradali e di genio civile
  • Capacità di imporsi, doti comunicative e spirito d'iniziativa
  • Piacere alla collaborazione interdisciplinare
  • Buone conoscenze informatiche (software per la descrizione delle prestazioni, MS Office)
  • La lingua di lavoro è generalmente il tedesco; conoscenze di altre lingue cantonali costituiscono un vantaggio
