* Elaborare le basi decisionali per il team di condotta Comando Ciber e per l'organo superiore * Gestire e controllare il portafoglio di rischio integrale (operativo) in stretta collaborazione con la direzione dell'Audit presso il Comando Cyber * Sulla base della gestione dei rischi, pianificare e coordinare gli assessment, valutare i rischi e definirne la priorità, seguire l'attuazione delle misure volte a ridurre i rischi insieme ai responsabili gerarchici * Sviluppare ulteriormente il processo di gestione dei rischi con l'approccio GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) e promuovere una cultura del rischio sostenibile all'interno del Comando Cyber * Fornire consulenza e supporto al capo Comando Ciber, al team di condotta, alla linea gerarchica e ai responsabili delle direzioni specialistiche in merito a questioni rilevanti sotto il profilo dei rischi e all'applicazione di metodi di gestione del rischio * Rappresentare attivamente il Comando Ciber in seno a organi specialistici e a gruppi di lavoro dell'organo superiore nonché presso partner rilevanti

****Che cosa ti contraddistingue****

* Laurea triennale o magistrale (Bachelor/Master) in Economia aziendale o formazione specialistica in gestione dei rischi e/o audit, con diversi anni di esperienza in ruoli attinenti alla funzione * Buone conoscenze attive di almeno una seconda lingua ufficiale e, se possibile, conoscenze passive di una terza lingua ufficiale * Spiccate capacità analitiche e concettuali nonché esperienza nella redazione di rapporti di gestione e di basi decisionali * Ottime capacità comunicative, di presentazione e di consulenza nonché esperienza nella collaborazione con diversi gruppi di interesse * Una carriera militare come ufficiale dell'Esercito svizzero, con impieghi presso lo stato maggiore di una Grande Unità o impieghi di condotta o di stato maggiore analoghi costituisce un vantaggio
