Siamo alla ricerca, per una posizione diretta presso un nostro importante cliente, di una figura di IT Team Leader / Service Center Specialist per la Svizzera orientale e il Ticino.​ Mansioni principali

  • Gestione tecnica e organizzativa di un piccolo team IT e supporto al responsabile del Service Center Svizzera orientale/Ticino, assumendone la supplenza durante le assenze.
  • Analisi, classificazione, gestione e risoluzione di problematiche relative a hardware, applicazioni Office, SAP e infrastrutture server.
  • Monitoraggio e tracking degli incidenti IT, dalla presa in carico fino alla risoluzione, garantendo un adeguato feedback agli utenti e ai clienti interni.
  • Partecipazione attiva a progetti IT, in particolare attività di migrazione, implementazione e rollout.
  • Installazione, configurazione e messa in servizio di sistemi IT destinati agli uffici amministrativi e alla logistica, nonché a nuovi punti vendita e ristrutturazioni.
  • Supporto tecnico alle aperture e agli interventi presso i punti vendita.
  • Traduzione di contenuti dal tedesco all’italiano, inclusi Newsline, materiali formativi e documentazione IT, garantendo coerenza con la terminologia tecnica e informatica aziendale.

Requisiti

  • Formazione completa in ambito informatico (laurea tecnica o formazione equivalente) e diversi anni di esperienza in ambito IT, preferibilmente con esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento di specialisti IT.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell’hardware informatico, inclusi PC, stampanti, reti, tablet e smartphone.
  • Solida conoscenza dei principali ambienti software, in particolare Windows 10 e Microsoft 365.
  • Approccio strutturato, autonomo e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi.
  • Disponibilità al servizio di picchetto 7x24, al lavoro al di fuori del normale orario d’ufficio (06:00–22:00) e al sabato.
  • Patente di guida categoria B e disponibilità a trasferte regolari presso la sede di Gossau (SG) e altre sedi aziendali.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e tedesca, sia scritta sia parlata.
  • Personalità resiliente, flessibile e orientata al lavoro di squadra.
  • Buone capacità organizzative e comunicative, con un forte orientamento al cliente e al servizio.
