Votre mission : Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des activités achats et planification, de l-approvisionnement à la livraison des produits finis. Travaillant étroitement avec les ateliers de production et la logistique, vous contribuez à la performance de la Supply Chain par une planification rigoureuse, une excellente maîtrise des flux et une démarche d-amélioration continue.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Manager une équipe de 2 collaborateurs
  • Gérer les achats externes au meilleur coût, dans les délais impartis, en maintenant de très bonnes relations avec nos partenaires, fournisseurs et sous-traitant.
  • Piloter la planification et l-ordonnancement de la production : gérer les ordres de fabrication et en assurer leur suivi en collaboration avec les responsables d-ateliers.
  • Définir et mettre en place la stratégie de gestion des stocks de sécurité et assurer son pilotage.

Votre profil :

  • Formation technique ou commerciale avec expérience industrielle.
  • Formation continue en achats, approvisionnement, planification ou supply chain.
  • Formation supérieure (ES/HES) serait un avantage.
  • Maitrise du français et de l-allemand, bonnes connaissances de l-anglais.
  • Qualités relationnelles, sens de l-écoute, capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en ayant un fort esprit d-équipe, très bonnes capacités d-analyse et de synthèse.
