RESPONSABLE ADJOINT·E DE l’ESPACE D’ACCUEIL PRÉSCOLAIRE ET PARASCOLAIRE (EAP\-UAP) "LES ATELIERS" à 60%

En charge de l’organisation de l’accueil pré\- et parascolaire de la Ville de Vevey, le secteur famille administre également le Réseau d’accueil de jour des enfants de Vevey.

En votre qualité de responsable adjoint·e de l’un des quatre espaces d’accueil préscolaire et parascolaire (EAP\-UAP), ouvert du lundi au vendredi, de 6h30 à 19h00, vous avez les missions et responsabilités suivantes :

* Assister le·la responsable dans la gestion de la structure conformément aux directives cantonales en vigueur * Seconder le·la responsable dans la gestion et l’animation de l’espace d’accueil pré\- et parascolaire * Assister le·la responsable pour le pilotage et l’encadrement de personnel de la structure * Garantir le bien\-être des enfants en collaboration avec le·la responsable et le personnel éducatif * Assurer le contrôle et l’état sanitaire de l’institution * Contribuer activement avec le·la responsable à la mise en œuvre et au développement du concept pédagogique de la structure ainsi que des lignes pédagogiques des différents groupes d’âge * Planifier les entretiens d’arrivée avec les parents pour les groupes concernés * Gérer et planifier la prise en charge des stagiaires et des apprenti·e·s pour l’ensemble de la structure * Collaborer étroitement à l’établissement du budget annuel et des achats et maîtriser les dépenses * Participer aux colloques des responsables du dispositif

Ce poste requiert :

* Diplôme ES ou HES d'éducateur·rice de l’enfance ou formation jugée équivalente par le Service cantonal d’accueil de jour des enfants (SCAJE) * CAS en gestion d’équipe exigé ou à effectuer dans les 2 ans * Expérience d’au moins 4 ans dans le domaine de l’accueil de l’enfance, de préférence avec conduite de personnel * Connaissance des enjeux liés à l’accueil collectif préscolaire et parascolaire et pratique confirmée dans le développement participatif de projets * Sens des responsabilités et compétences organisationnelles avérées * Parfaite autonomie, ouverture d’esprit et qualité d’écoute * Facilité d’adaptation, résistance au stress et disponibilité * Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques courants

Nous offrons un environnement de travail agréable, varié et dynamique au sein d’un dispositif constitué de 11 UAP et 4 structures d’accueil préscolaire.

Entrée en fonction : 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir
