Le Groupe Zogbi est à la recherche de son/sa nouveau-velle : Responsable administratif-ve (100%)

 

Rejoignez une structure à taille humaine où l-expérience compte vraiment. En plus de la gestion administrative, vous serez amené-e à accompagner M. Zogbi dans ses affaires personnelles.

 

Vos missions principales

  • Assurer la tenue comptable complète et la préparation des bouclements intermédiaires et annuels de deux Boulangeries-Pâtisseries
  • Établissement des décomptes TVA trimestriel
  • Gérer l-entier des processus RH pour les employés : Recrutement, établissement des contrats, demandes de permis et autres documents légaux.
  • Gérer la paie, les charges sociales et les assurances de personnes (AVS, LAA, IJM, APG, LPP).
  • Contribuer à l-amélioration continue des processus internes et des outils de travail digitaux

En plus de la gestion des deux Boulangeries, vous serez amené-e à accompagner M. Zogbi dans ses affaires privées, notamment en lien avec des locations immobilières :

  • Comptabilité analytique des immeubles
  • Décompte de chauffage
  • Gestion de paiement des loyers
  • Gestion des éventuelles mises en demeure
  • Paiement des charges
  • Informations auprès des autorités concernées

 

Niveau d-autonomie

Autonomie opérationnelle sur la gestion de la comptabilité et des processus RH

Validation des questions techniques complexes et recommandations majeures avec la fiduciaire

 

Responsabilités et décisions

Accompagnement de M. Zogbi dans l-ensemble des processus RH et comptables

Tenue de la comptabilité générale, gestion des paiements, décomptes TVA, salaires et documents intermédiaires

Respect des délais légaux en lien avec les différents processus

Propositions concrètes d-optimisation des processus

 

Cadre hiérarchique

Report direct à M. Zogbi

Coordination avec les responsables de boulangerie notamment pour les questions RH ainsi que pour les informations nécessaires à la bonne tenue de la comptabilité.

 

Votre profil

Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité ou Brevet fédéral d-agent-e fiduciaire (avec 4 à 8 ans d-expérience en fiduciaire suisse ou dans la gestion autonome administrative d-une PME) 

Solide maîtrise de la comptabilité et des assurances sociales

Langues : français et anglais courant | portugais ou allemand appréciés

Personnalité fiable, structurée, à l-aise avec les responsabilités et la gestion autonome administrative d-une petite entreprise
