Larderie Optique Services SA, une entreprise importante dans le domaine de l'optique en Suisse romande, recherche un(e) Responsable Administratif et Comptabilité pour rejoindre notre équipe de direction et piloter le département admin et comptabilité. Responsabilités ###

 

En tant que Responsable Administratif et Comptabilité, vos principales missions incluront :

  • Superviser et gérer les opérations comptables quotidiennes.
  • Coordonner les taches avec vos assistants et comptables junior .
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets et des prévisions financières.
  • Gérer les relations avec les partenaires externes (banques, fiduciaires, etc.).
  • Superviser les processus administratifs et garantir leur conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur.
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements pour optimiser les processus internes.
  • Organiser le calcul des salaires et des prestations sociales

 

Qualifications ###

 

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) possédant les qualifications suivantes :

  • Diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou gestion d'entreprise (ou équivalent).
  • Expérience confirmée dans un rôle similaire, idéalement en Suisse.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment des logiciels comptables.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes comptables suisses.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer les priorités.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.
