Au sein d’une des plus grandes caisses de pensions de droit privé de Suisse romande et assurant plus de 23'000 assurés du Swatch Group, nous recherchons un/une :

Responsable administratif·ve du service hypothécaire et démunis (DE et FR)

Vous aimez gérer des dossiers de financement immobilier et relever de nouveaux défis ? Voussouhaitez contribuer au développement de notre service hypothécaire, mettre en œuvre vos idées et évoluer au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine tournée vers l'avenir ? Alors vous êtes ici à la bonne adresse.

Vos missions principales

  • Vous gérerez les demandes de prêts hypothécaires, de l'analyse des dossiers à la préparation des décisions.
  • Vous assurerez l'administration des prêts hypothécaires (contrats, cédules, facturation des intérêts, renouvellements et suivi des dossiers).
  • Vous prendrez en charge les résiliations de prêts hypothécaires et assurerez les échanges avec les notaires, les banques et les institutions partenaires.
  • Vous garantirez un suivi administratif rigoureux des dossiers, des opérations bancaires et de l'archivage.
  • Vous conseillerez les assurés et assurerez les contacts avec nos partenaires ainsi que les correspondances en français et en allemand.
  • Vous préparez les demandes des démunis pour les fondations patronales.
  • Vous contribuerez à la continuité des activités administratives de la Caisse en assurant le remplacement de la réceptionniste durant ses absences.

Votre profil

  • Expérience dans le domaine bancaire, comptable ou financier souhaitée.
  • Titulaire d’un CFC d’employé·ede commerce ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Une expérience dans la gestion des dossiers hypothécaires ou immobiliers constitue un avantage.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et du suisse allemand (oral et écrit) indispensable
  • A l’aise avec les chiffres, esprit d’analyse affûté, rigueur et polyvalence.
  • Autonomie et sens du service.
