Pour l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons une Responsable Administrative & Ressources Humaines à 50%, capable de gérer de manière autonome les activités administratives, RH et comptables de l’entreprise.

Véritable personne de confiance, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement administratif quotidien tout en garantissant un suivi rigoureux des processus RH et financiers.

Description du poste

  • Gestion quotidienne du courrier, des e-mails et des appels téléphoniques.
  • Établissement et suivi de la facturation.
  • Gestion et mise à jour de documents administratifs.
  • Coordination avec différents services et partenaires externes.
  • Établissement des contrats de travail et d’apprentissage.
  • Gestion des permis de travail et des allocations familiales.
  • Suivi des temps de travail, des absences et des vacances.
  • Gestion des dossiers du personnel.
  • Déclarations maladie et accident.
  • Préparation des éléments de salaires en lien avec la fiduciaire.
  • Établissement des certificats de travail et diverses attestations.
  • Gestion de la trésorerie.
  • Suivi des débiteurs et des créanciers.
  • Contrôle et préparation des factures.
  • Transmission des documents comptables à la fiduciaire.

Profil recherché

  • Formation commerciale, administrative ou RH.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire en Suisse.
  • Bonnes connaissances de la gestion administrative du personnel, des salaires et des assurances sociales suisses.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques.
  • Personne autonome, rigoureuse, organisée et discrète.
  • Sens des responsabilités et esprit d’initiative.
