  • En collaboration avec tes équipes, tu es responsable de l'acquisition de nouveaux contrats dans le domaine de l'assurance-maladie et de l'assurance privée (y compris contrats de frais de guérison, contrats collectifs, LAA, IJM, etc.) et veilles à une excellente qualité de conseil.
  • Outre la conduite et l'organisation des agences, tu collabores activement et sans restriction à l'accomplissement des tâches générales de l'équipe.
  • Celles-ci comprennent entre autres l'acquisition de nouveaux contrats, le conseil général à la clientèle, la correspondance avec cette dernière ainsi que la saisie de mutations d'assurés:es simples.

Ton profil

  • Tu es une personne motivée, orientée aux objectifs et à la recherche de solutions.
  • Tu gardes en vue l'essentiel même dans les périodes chargées et tu es très ouvert:e aux activités de vente.
  • Tu habites dans le canton de Genève et disposes d'un vaste réseau de relations dans la région.
  • Outre une formation commerciale, tu disposes d'une expertise dans le domaine de l'assurance(-maladie).
  • Tu as déjà conduit une équipe commerciale.
  • Une formation continue, p. ex. en tant que coordinateur:trice de vente, spécialiste de vente ou spécialiste en assurance-maladie ou en assurances sociales (niveau EP), constitue un atout.
