Responsable animation =====================

La Fondation Pré Pariset regroupe trois établissements médicaux sociaux (EMS) situés sur 3 sites dans la ville de Pully, avec un total de 132 lits. Elle emploie 240 collaborateurs·trices. Notre mission est d'accompagner des personnes âgées en perte d'autonomie, en long et court séjour, ainsi que dans son centre d'accueil temporaire (CAT). Nous gérons également un restaurant public, « le Delta », de 54 places avec terrasse.

Responsable animation à 80%

Vous êtes une personne dynamique, ouverte à l'innovation et avez un intérêt manifeste pour le développement des activités socioculturelles dans un environnement médico\-social pluridisciplinaire. De nature fédératrice et positive, vous faites preuve d'empathie. Vous avez de la facilité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe et vous dirigez par l'exemplarité.

En qualité de responsable animation, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les cadres responsables des autres secteurs, contribuant ainsi activement à notre projet institutionnel « Tous ensemble ». Vous garantissez aux résidents la qualité des prestations ainsi qu'un lieu de vie accueillant.

Missions principales

  • Être le·a garant·e des prestations socioculturelles de l'institution
  • Conduire et gérer une équipe d'une quinzaine de collaborateurs (yc apprenties, civilistes et prestataires externes)
  • Contribuer activement à l'accompagnement des résidents ainsi qu'à l'élaboration de leur projet individuel, en collaboration avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire
  • Être présent sur le terrain auprès des équipes et des résidents afin d'encourager, soutenir et montrer l'exemple
  • En tant que cadre, vous participez aux décisions importantes de l'institution ainsi qu'à l'élaboration et au suivi du budget de votre secteur, en soutien de votre cheffe de service, la responsable socio\-hôtelière.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme HES/ES d'éducateur·trice social·e ou animateur·trice socioculturel·le
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire
  • Personnalité bienveillante, dynamique, organisée et flexible
  • Leader inspirant et motivateur
  • Orientation client et intérêt marqué pour le secteur médico\-social et la gériatrie
  • Personne reconnue pour ses compétences professionnelles, relationnelles et organisationnelles
  • Excellente maitrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft office, suite SADIES, etc…)
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire
