CIGES S.A. est une société dynamique en pleine croissance en charge de l-informatique des principaux acteurs de la santé du canton de Neuchâtel (ANEMPA, AROSS, CNP, NOMAD et RHNe). Le CIGES intervient également en soutien à d-autres acteurs de la santé pour répondre aux besoins d'un secteur en pleine mutation notamment grâce aux technologies de l-information. Avec l-émergence de la Cybersanté et la mise à disposition de nouvelles prestations pour les patient·es ou les professionnel·les de la santé, nous offrons des enjeux palpitants, ainsi qu'un travail valorisant proche de l'humain.

Le Pôle des Systèmes d-Information chargé de valoriser les données du réseau de santé, tant pour un soutien à la qualité des soins que pour le pilotage médico-économique des institutions du système est à la recherche d-un·e

RESPONSABLE APPLICATION 90% - 100% (H/F) ##

VOTRE MISSION

En tant que Responsable application vous assurez la responsabilité technique d-un portefeuille d-applications critiques au sein du système d-information des institutions de santé du canton de Neuchâtel.

Vous garantissez la stabilité, la performance, la sécurité et l-évolutivité des solutions dont vous avez la charge. Référent·e technique, vous maîtrisez leur architecture, leurs dépendances et leurs intégrations, et pilotez leur cycle de vie en collaboration avec les équipes infrastructure, sécurité et intégration.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Titulaire d-un diplôme reconnu en Technologies de l-Information (Université, HES ou ES) ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience significative dans la gestion et l-exploitation d-applications critiques.
  • Maîtrise des architectures applicatives, intégration (ESB, API, flux de données) et gestion d-environnements, de dépendances entre systèmes.
  • Connaissance des standards de sécurité, performance et haute disponibilité.
  • Pratique d-outils de suivi, monitoring et gestion de cycles de vie des applications.
  • Solides compétences en bases de données relationnelles (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements Linux (scripts, monitoring, troubleshooting).
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements DevOps et des pratiques CI/CD est un atout.

  • Capacité à analyser des environnements complexes et à proposer des solutions techniques pragmatiques.
  • Rigueur et sens de l-organisation dans la gestion des applications critiques.
  • Excellente communication avec les équipes infrastructures, partenaires, fournisseurs et utilisateur·trices métier.
  • Esprit de synthèse et autonomie dans la prise de décision.
  • Capacité à accompagner la modernisation et la transformation des systèmes.
