RESPONSABLE ASSURANCE QUALITÉ, sur site

* Direction, motivation et développement de l'équipe assurance qualité * Responsabilité globale de la gestion de la qualité (qualité développement, projet, production et client) * Définition, mise en œuvre et surveillance des processus de contrôle et de libération * Analyse des indicateurs qualité et mise en place de mesures correctives et préventives * Participation active à l'optimisation des produits et des processus en étroite collaboration avec la production, le développement et la gestion de projet * Réalisation et/ou supervision des audits internes du site (5S, processus, poste de travail, produit) et suivi de la mise en œuvre des mesures nécessaires. * Gestion du traitement des non-conformités sur le site * Rédaction des rapports qualité du site (CNQ...) et suivi des écarts par rapport aux objectifs * Direction du département métrologie sur site (étalonnage, homologation...) * Formation et sensibilisation des collaborateurs aux sujets liés à la qualité * Participation à l-évaluation des fournisseurs par l-évaluation de l-aspect qualité des livraisons * Formation technique de base avec formation continue en tant que technicien HF / ingénieur FH * Expérience dans le domaine de la technologie des plastiques (procédé d-injection) un atout * Connaissances approfondies dans le domaine de la qualité * Excellente maîtrise des outils qualité * Expérience de plusieurs années en management * Communicatif et orienté client *

Personnalité fiable avec un fort esprit d-équipe ainsi que la capacité nécessaire à faire valoir ses idées pour la réussite des tâches et des objectifs

Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et/ou en français avec de bonnes connaissances de l-autre langue, la maîtrise de l-anglais est un grand avantage
