En tant que Responsable Assurance qualité, tu garantis la sécurité, la conformité et la qualité des produits tout au long de la chaîne de valeur, dans un environnement exigeant, dynamique et tourné vers l'amélioration continue Ce que tu accomplis Conduite de l'équipe AQ pour le département viande de notre site de Courtepin (4 collaborateurs) Participation active au suivi de la qualité au sens large du terme Organisation et mise en œuvre des audits de certification et réalisation des audits internes Responsabilité HACCP en matière de processus et produits Elaboration et mise en œuvre des plans d'échantillonnage et de contrôle des produits et de l'hygiène Libération du développement de nouveaux produits et modifications de recettes Elaboration et mise en oeuvre des formations internes dans les domaines de la qualité, de l'hygiène et du droit alimentaire Conduite de projets d'amélioration de la qualité Ce que tu apportes Bildung: Études achevées (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) Spécialisation: Bachelor en Sciences alimentaires ou formation supérieure dans le domaine agro\-alimentaire Expérience professionnelle: 4\-5 ans D'expérience dans un poste similaire, dans le domaine carné et QS seraient un avantage. Une première expérience réussie en gestion d'une petite équipe est incontournable Expérience et connaissances spécifiques dans les domaines AQ et CQ Flexibilité, capacité à travailler en team avec un très bon sens de l'organisation Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, la maitrise de SAP est un sérieux atout) Esprit d'initiative et d'indépendance dans la gestion des dossiers Qualités managériales reconnues, permettant d'imposer et de faire respecter nos hautes exigences en matière de qualité Compétences relationnelles et ouverture au dialogue Français (B1\) Allemand (B1\) Anglais (A2\) Ce que nous te proposons Travailler en bonne santé: Infirmerie, Massages, Postes allégés, Salle de repos, Journée santé \& sécurité, Prévention grippe, Coach Ergonomie et COSE.
