Pour l’un de nos clients, acteur établi dans le domaine des installations techniques du bâtiment, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable CVC pour renforcer son équipe. Vos responsabilités - Piloter des projets CVC de la phase d’étude jusqu’à leur réalisation - Superviser le chiffrage des projets et assurer la préparation des offres - Contrôler et valider les calculs de coûts, les métrés et les budgets - Assurer la gestion technique, financière et administrative des projets - Élaborer les offres et garantir leur rentabilité - Gérer et développer les contacts clients, de la prise de besoin jusqu’au suivi des projets - Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et assurer un suivi régulier de la relation - Identifier les besoins et opportunités chez les clients existants - Participer à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et au développement de l’activité - Coordonner les différents intervenants : clients, fournisseurs, architectes, ingénieurs et équipes de montage - Planifier et organiser les travaux en garantissant le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité - Superviser et accompagner les équipes intervenant sur les chantiers - Veiller au respect des normes, des prescriptions techniques et des règles de sécurité Votre profil - Formation technique dans le domaine du chauffage, ventilation, climatisation (CVC) ou formation jugée équivalente - Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets CVC en Suisse - Excellentes connaissances du tissu économique fribourgeois et des acteurs régionaux - Réseau professionnel établi dans le canton de Fribourg, notamment auprès des clients, entreprises générales, bureaux d’ingénieurs et acteurs du secteur de la construction - Expérience dans le chiffrage et l’établissement d’offres CVC - Bonnes connaissances techniques des installations CVC - Expérience dans la gestion de chantiers et la coordination de différents intervenants - Aisance dans la gestion et le développement de relations clients - Aisance dans le suivi financier et administratif des projets - Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et esprit d’initiative - Excellent relationnel, sens commercial et orientation client - Maîtrise du français Ce que nous vous proposons - Un poste à responsabilités au sein d’une entreprise bien implantée en Suisse romande - Des projets variés et techniquement intéressants - Une grande autonomie dans la gestion de vos projets - Un rôle combinant technique, gestion de projets, chiffrage et développement commercial - Un environnement de travail professionnel et dynamique - Des possibilités de développement et d’évolution - Des conditions de travail attractives et adaptées à votre expérience
