MISSION GÉNÉRALE

MPC Mélanges Produits Chimiques Sàrl recherche un(e) Responsable Commerce International, Conformité & Développement Maghreb chargé(e) de coordonner et développer les opérations commerciales, réglementaires, documentaires et administratives de l-entreprise entre l-Europe et les marchés d-Afrique du Nord.

Le poste implique une coordination permanente entre les partenaires industriels, logistiques, bancaires, réglementaires et commerciaux situés notamment en Suisse, Belgique, France, Algérie, Libye et autres pays du Maghreb.

Le titulaire du poste contribue au développement des activités de MPC, à la sécurisation des opérations internationales et à la conformité des flux commerciaux transfrontaliers.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Développement commercial international

Participer au développement des activités de MPC sur les marchés du Maghreb.Assurer l-interface opérationnelle entre les partenaires européens et nord-africains.Participer à l-identification et à la structuration de nouveaux partenariats commerciaux.Accompagner le développement des activités de l-entreprise sur les marchés internationaux.Participer à la mise en œuvre des projets de croissance et d-expansion régionale.

Commerce extérieur & conformité réglementaire

Superviser la conformité documentaire des opérations internationales.Assurer le suivi des factures commerciales, packing lists, certificats, fiches de données de sécurité (FDS) et documents douaniers.Garantir le respect des réglementations applicables aux opérations de commerce extérieur.Veiller à la conformité des flux avec les réglementations ADR, CLP et autres exigences réglementaires applicables.Coordonner les partenaires juridiques, fiduciaires, assureurs et organismes de contrôle.

Coordination bancaire & opérations internationales

Assurer la relation avec les établissements bancaires intervenant dans les opérations internationales.Participer au suivi des dossiers de domiciliation bancaire, paiements internationaux et opérations documentaires.Contribuer à la sécurisation financière et réglementaire des opérations de commerce extérieur.Assurer l-interface entre les partenaires commerciaux, bancaires et logistiques.

Coordination logistique internationale

Superviser les flux logistiques entre l-Europe et les marchés du Maghreb.Coordonner les opérations avec les transitaires, transporteurs et partenaires logistiques.Participer à l-optimisation des schémas de transport et des flux documentaires.Assurer le suivi des opérations d-approvisionnement et de distribution.Contribuer à la performance globale des opérations internationales.

EXIGENCES OBLIGATOIRES

Formation universitaire ou équivalente dans les domaines de la gestion, de la finance, de l-audit, du commerce international, du droit des affaires ou domaine apparenté.Minimum 15 années d-expérience professionnelle dans des fonctions de gestion, finance, audit, conformité réglementaire, commerce extérieur ou coordination d-opérations internationales.Expérience confirmée dans la gestion ou la coordination d-activités impliquant plusieurs partenaires et plusieurs juridictions.Solide connaissance des flux commerciaux entre l-Europe et le Maghreb.Connaissance approfondie des procédures administratives, bancaires, douanières et réglementaires liées aux opérations de commerce extérieur avec l-Algérie.Expérience confirmée dans la gestion documentaire et administrative d-opérations internationales.Excellente maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l-arabe.Anglais professionnel.Capacité démontrée à coordonner simultanément plusieurs partenaires internationaux.Solide compréhension de l-environnement économique et réglementaire des pays du Maghreb.Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels réguliers en Suisse, en Europe et dans les pays du Maghreb.

Atouts

Expérience dans le secteur des produits techniques, industriels ou chimiques.Connaissance des réglementations ADR, CLP et transport de marchandises réglementées.Expérience des opérations impliquant des partenaires industriels du secteur énergétique.Expérience du développement commercial sur les marchés nord-africains.
