Afin de compléter notre équipe au sein de notre département Vente et Marketing, notre groupe cherche, un/e Responsable commercial prévoyance pour la région lausannoise ayant pour mission de soutenir notre service externe ainsi que les courtiers d'agences dans la recherche et le développement de solutions pour notre clientèle dans le domaine de la prévoyance. Les diverses missions qui vous attendent Accompagner notre service externe dans des rendez\-vous clients, les conseiller et les soutenir sur les produits prévoyance et hypothèques. Proposer et promouvoir des actions commerciales dans le domaine des assurances vie individuelle, collective et hypothèques. Suivre régulièrement les résultats des équipes de vente, trouver des actions adaptées en collaboration avec les agents généraux. Dispenser des formations vente et produits et s'assurer de leur suivi. Favoriser les relations transverses entre les agences et la Direction. Ce qui vous rend unique Titulaire d'un brevet fédéral de planificateur financier ou d'une formation jugée équivalente. Expérience professionnelle dans le cadre du service externe, respectivement du conseil à la clientèle est nécessaire. Expérience professionnelle réussie dans le domaine de la prévoyance et de la finance, une maîtrise des aspects légaux et fiscaux est une grande plus\-value. De plus, vous vous montrez orienté clients / solutions, avez de l'aisance relationnelle et de bonnes capacités pédagogiques. Vous êtes également entreprenant, autonome, avez le sens de la négociation et savez vous intégrer dans une équipe alors vous êtes la personne qu'il nous faut !
