About Our Client ##

Notre client est une société financière basée à Genève et soumise à la supervision de la FINMA. Reconnue pour son professionnalisme, son exigence réglementaire et son approche centrée sur la qualité de service, elle opère dans un environnement dynamique et international. Dans le cadre du renforcement de sa gouvernance et de son dispositif de contrôle interne, notre client recherche un(e) Responsable Compliance & Risk expérimenté(e), capable d'intervenir à la fois sur les aspects opérationnels et stratégiques de la fonction.

Job Description ##

  • Intégration au sein de la société et du département Compliance & Risk ;
  • Respect des exigences réglementaires et des obligations applicables à une société financière réglementée par la FINMA ;
  • Supervision du dispositif de conformité, de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et de gestion des risques ;
  • Veille à l'application des dispositions relatives à la LBA, au KYC, aux sanctions internationales et aux directives internes ;
  • Veille réglementaire continue et pilotage de la mise en œuvre des évolutions légales et réglementaires ;
  • Conseil à la Direction Générale et aux membres du Comité de Direction sur les questions de conformité, de gouvernance et de risques selon les dossiers ;
  • Participation à l'évaluation et à la validation des relations d'affaires présentant un niveau de risque élevé ;
  • Développement et maintien de la cartographie des risques ainsi que des indicateurs de suivi associés ;
  • Contribution au renforcement et à l'amélioration continue du dispositif de contrôle interne ;
  • Préparation des reportings destinés à la Direction, au Comité de Direction et au Conseil d'Administration ;
  • Coordination des audits internes / externes réglementaires et lien dans les relations avec les auditeurs externes et les parties prenantes concernées ;
  • Participation active aux projets stratégiques afin d'assurer leur conformité aux exigences réglementaires et aux standards de gestion des risques ;
  • Sensibilisation et accompagnement des équipes sur les sujets Compliance et Risk ;
  • Formation des collaborateurs ;
  • Reporting à la Direction ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation académique supérieure en droit, finance, économie, gestion des risques ou domaine équivalent ;
  • Minimum 10 à 12 ans d'expérience similaire et significative dans une fonction Compliance, Risk Management, Contrôle Interne ou Audit au sein d'un établissement financier réglementé en Suisse, idéalement une société financière, une société de gestion et / ou un multi-family office ;
  • Excellente connaissance du cadre réglementaire suisse et des exigences de la FINMA ;
  • Expertise confirmée en matière de LBA, AML/KYC, sanctions, gouvernance et gestion des risques ;
  • Expérience avérée dans les interactions avec les auditeurs, les organes de gouvernance et les autorités de surveillance ;
  • Solides capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction ;
  • Capacité à évoluer de manière autonome dans un environnement exigeant et fortement réglementé ;
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles permettant d'interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de la suite MS Office ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise des langues française et anglaise courants à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise d'une autre langue comme un atout ;
  • Intégrité, rigueur, pragmatisme et sens des responsabilités ;
  • Discrétion et sens de la confidentialité ;
  • Résidence suisse obligatoire.
