Fais la différence

* Tu assures la responsabilité métier du système de gestion de la compliance pour l-unité du groupe Services de mobilité, en coordination avec la Compliance du groupe. 

* Tu traites les thèmes centraux de compliance qui sont essentiels à la légitimité et à la pérennité de nos offres de mobilité. Il s-agit notamment de la lutte contre le blanchiment d-argent et la corruption, du droit des marchés publics, du droit des cartels ainsi que de la conservation et de l-archivage. 

* Pour des thèmes tels que le droit des subventions, le régime des concessions et la loi sur la durée du travail, tu collabores étroitement avec les spécialistes compétents. 

* Tu es responsable de la documentation de compliance pour l-unité du groupe Services de mobilité ainsi que des prescriptions, des signalements de compliance, des contrôles de compliance et des mesures. 

* Tu évalues les exigences réglementaires et internes, analyses les risques et apportes ton soutien lors d-enquêtes internes. 

 

Ce que tu apportes 

* Tu disposes de plusieurs années d-expérience dans la compliance, de préférence dans un environnement réglementé ou exposé politiquement. 

* Tu sais structurer les prescriptions réglementaires et internes de manière à en tirer des bases de décision compréhensibles, des responsabilités claires et des mesures réalisables. 

* Tu connais les risques de compliance dans les organisations complexes et disposes idéalement d-une expérience dans les domaines réglementaires pertinents, notamment les transports publics. 

* Tu assumes tes responsabilités, fixes des priorités claires et fais avancer les sujets de manière autonome et pragmatique. 

* Tu disposes également d-une très bonne maîtrise d-une langue nationale ainsi que de bonnes connaissances d-une autre langue nationale.
