Responsable Comptabilité & Trésorerie (H/F)

 

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ : ####

  • Garantir la fiabilité, l-intégrité et la conformité des informations financières de l-entreprise
  • Superviser l-ensemble des activités comptables et assurer le bon déroulement des clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles
  • Gérer la trésorerie et les liquidités en assurant le suivi des flux de trésorerie, des financements et des relations bancaires
  • Assurer l-efficacité du système de contrôle interne et de la gestion des risques financiers
  • Piloter les relations avec les auditeurs externes, la clôture annuelle et l'établissement du rapport annuel
  • Encadrer, développer et accompagner une petite équipe
  • Piloter des projets de transformation, de digitalisation et d-amélioration continue des processus financiers
  • Collaborer avec les différentes fonctions de l-entreprise afin de soutenir la croissance et la performance de l-organisation
  • Garantir le respect des réglementations, des directives du Groupe et des meilleures pratiques financières

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ : ####

  • Brevet fédéral en finance et comptabilité ou diplôme d-Expert-comptable
  • Expérience professionnelle de 10 à 15 ans dans des fonctions financières et comptables, idéalement dans un environnement industriel/manufacturier
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et le développement d-équipes
  • Forte orientation vers les systèmes ERP et la digitalisation des processus financiers ; la connaissance d-Infor ou d-un ERP équivalent constitue un atout
  • Expérience avérée dans la conduite de projets d-amélioration continue et de transformation organisationnelle
  • Solides compétences en contrôle interne, gouvernance financière et gestion des risques
  • Maîtrise du français et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement bilingue français-allemand
  • Leadership naturel, excellentes capacités d-organisation et forte orientation résultats
