About Our Client ##

Je recrute actuellement un(e) Responsable Comptable et RH à 80-100% en CDI pour une société active dans le secteur du second oeuvre, basée dans le Nord Vaudois.

Job Description ##

Rattaché(e) directement à la direction, vous prenez en charge la gestion de la comptabilité et des ressources humaines de l'entreprise. Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Gestion de la comptabilité générale jusqu'au bouclement
  • Gestion des débiteurs, créanciers et de la trésorerie
  • Suivi des obligations fiscales et sociales
  • Préparation des éléments destinés aux partenaires externes
  • Gestion administrative du personnel
  • Gestion des salaires et des assurances sociales
  • Suivi des absences, vacances et dossiers collaborateurs
  • Participation au suivi administratif et financier de l'activité
  • Collaboration étroite avec la direction sur les sujets financiers et RH

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire
  • Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité suisse jusqu'au bouclement
  • Expérience des ressources humaines et de la gestion des salaires
  • Expérience dans le secteur de la construction ou du second oeuvre indispensable
  • Connaissance d'A3, Baubit ou d'outils similaires, un atout
  • Personnalité autonome, organisée et rigoureuse
  • Bon sens relationnel et goût pour les environnements PME
