Ton défi

  • Examen et traitement des nouvelles ouvertures de comptes clients ainsi que des contrôles périodiques et ad hoc des clients
  • Réalisation de vérifications KYC, LBC et sanctions basées sur le risque pour les personnes physiques et morales
  • Analyse et évaluation des risques clients, des cas de surveillance des transactions et des résultats de filtrage
  • Élaboration et préparation des bases de décision en lien avec des relations d-affaires complexes ou à risque pour la direction
  • Identification, évaluation et escalade des risques de conformité, de blanchiment d-argent et de sanctions aux parties prenantes concernées
  • Réalisation de contrôles et de mesures d-assurance qualité pour garantir le respect des exigences réglementaires et internes
  • Participation à l-élaboration d-indicateurs clés et de rapports de gestion
  • Réalisation et soutien des activités de test ainsi que participation au développement des processus, systèmes et contrôles
  • Contribution aux initiatives de formation et de sensibilisation

Ton profil

  • Au moins 2 ans d-expérience professionnelle en conformité bancaire, notamment dans les domaines de l-intégration KYC, des revues KYC et de la surveillance des transactions
  • Formation bancaire achevée ou formation commerciale, juridique ou économique ; idéalement complétée par un diplôme supérieur (FH, HF ou équivalent)
  • Compréhension des exigences réglementaires dans le secteur bancaire et des services financiers ainsi que bonnes connaissances en lutte contre le blanchiment d-argent (LBC), exigences KYC et CDD
  • Capacité d-analyser des structures clients complexes et des contextes économiques
  • Travail autonome, structuré et orienté solution avec une bonne capacité d-assimilation
  • Capacité à communiquer les décisions de manière adaptée au destinataire et compréhensible
  • Grande fiabilité, continuité et présentation professionnelle
  • Très bonnes connaissances des applications MS Office
  • Expérience avec Avaloq est un avantage
  • Allemand impeccable ainsi qu-anglais courant
