Vos responsabilités ###

Rattaché·e au CFO, vous prenez la responsabilité du contrôle de gestion du Groupe et accompagnez son évolution dans une logique affirmée de business partnering. À la tête d-une équipe d-une dizaine de collaborateurs, vous développez les compétences, favorisez les synergies et renforcez l-harmonisation des pratiques. Vous pilotez les processus budgétaires, les forecasts, la planification financière des investissements ainsi que le reporting à destination de la Direction, du Conseil d-administration du Groupe et des investisseurs. Grâce à la qualité de vos analyses, de vos indicateurs de performance et de vos reportings, vous apportez une vision financière à forte valeur ajoutée et contribuez activement aux décisions stratégiques du Groupe. Dans un contexte de transformation, vous jouez un rôle moteur dans l-évolution des processus, la digitalisation des outils et la diffusion d-une culture financière plus proche des métiers. Vous participez également aux réflexions liées à la finance durable ainsi qu-aux défis de la transition énergétique et apportez une expertise financière aux projets stratégiques. Vous serez également appelé à représenter le Groupe dans différents conseils d-administration.

Votre profil ###

Titulaire d-une formation supérieure en finance, complétée par un diplôme d-expert en finance et controlling ou équivalent, vous justifiez d-une solide expérience dans des fonctions de contrôle de gestion et de finance d-entreprise au sein d-environnements complexes, industriels ou réglementés. Manager reconnu·e pour votre leadership fédérateur, vous savez développer les talents, instaurer la confiance et accompagner le changement. Votre intelligence relationnelle vous permet d-interagir avec aisance auprès de directions générales, des conseils d-administration et de multiples parties prenantes, de challenger les idées, d-influencer les décisions et de vulgariser des sujets financiers complexes. Curieux·se et orienté·e transformation, vous possédez une réelle appétence pour l-optimisation des processus et la digitalisation de la fonction finance. Une connaissance de SAP S/4 ainsi que des normes Swiss GAAP RPC constitue un atout. Outre une excellente maîtrise du français, vous disposez d-un bon niveau d-anglais. Enfin, vous êtes motivé·e par l-opportunité de contribuer aux ambitions stratégiques et durables d-un acteur de référence en Suisse romande.
