Pour le département des finances, nous recherchons une personne autonome, analytique et orientée vers la mise en œuvre en tant que

Vos domaines d'action

  • direction personnelle et professionnelle du service Contrôle de gestion
  • responsabilité de la planification financière, de la budgétisation et du reporting ainsi que du système de contrôle interne (SCI) et de la gestion des risques
  • développement du contrôle financier en un partenaire commercial apprécié avec une valeur ajoutée visible pour les cadres
  • pilotage financier et soutien à la prise de décision pour les cadres
  • conseil aux cadres sur des questions financières
  • prise en charge de thèmes spécialisés et transversaux sélectionnés en tant que représentant et partenaire de réflexion de la direction du département
  • assurer des analyses pertinentes et élaborer des bases solides pour la prise de décision pour l'administration et la politique
  • développement de solutions viables pour des défis exigeants
  • conception et développement des systèmes financiers, des structures de données et des processus

Ce que vous apportez

  • expérience approfondie en finances, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion ou dans un domaine connexe
  • capacité à aborder de manière autonome de nouveaux sujets, à reconnaître les liens et à mener à bien des projets exigeants
  • positions personnelles solides que vous défendez également de manière convaincante auprès de la direction du département
  • action fiable et loyale après une décision
  • plaisir à assumer des responsabilités, à réfléchir activement et à développer de manière constructive l'existant
