  • Diriger l'unité organisationnelle Controlling sur les plans de la technique, de l'organisation et du personnel
  • Répondre de la budgétisation, de la planification et de la gestion des finances de l'OFCL
  • Élaborer le message concernant le budget et le compte annuel
  • Développer et optimiser la comptabilité analytique ainsi que les instruments de controlling
  • Gérer et coordonner le contrôle de gestion informatique (CGIO)
  • Mener des projets destinés à optimiser et à numériser les processus de controlling

Ce qui vous rend unique

  • Formation supérieure ou formation en finances ou en économie d'entreprise
  • Expérience professionnelle avérée de plusieurs années
  • Orientation vers les objectifs et les résultats
  • Disposition à traiter des problématiques complexes de manière adaptée au public cible et axée sur les solutions
  • Connaissance approfondie d'instruments et de méthodes de planification et de gestion ; connaissance de l'administration fédérale, un atout
  • Solide profil généraliste et expérience dans le domaine des marchés publics
  • Bonne connaissance de deux langues officielles et connaissance passive de la troisième
