Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous encadrez une équipe spécialisée en controlling et vous l-accompagnez dans son développement afin de renforcer son autonomie et son efficacité
  • Vous exploitez les données financières et opérationnelles pour faire ressortir les éléments utiles au pilotage et faciliter les décisions de gestion
  • Vous coordonnez les exercices de planification financière et vous contribuez à fiabiliser les prévisions ainsi que les analyses destinées au management
  • Vous développez les activités liées aux coûts et aux calculs en identifiant les besoins et en faisant évoluer les compétences nécessaires au sein de l-équipe
  • Vous collaborez avec différents interlocuteurs de l-entreprise afin de comprendre les enjeux, challenger les résultats et faire avancer les actions d-amélioration

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous possédez une formation supérieure ou professionnelle en finance, controlling ou dans un domaine équivalent, qui vous donne une solide base pour cette fonction
  • Vous avez déjà occupé un poste similaire dans un environnement industriel et vous connaissez le reporting, les clôtures, les prévisions et l-analyse des coûts
  • Vous communiquez aisément en français et en allemand
  • Vous travaillez avec SAP et Excel et vous êtes à l-aise avec les outils d-analyse et de reporting comme SAP Analysis for Office ou Power BI
  • Vous êtes une personne structurée, curieuse et collaborative, capable de comprendre rapidement les situations et de créer une bonne dynamique avec les équipes
