Dans notre cabinet de médecine générale dynamique, nous offrons à nos patient(es) une prise en charge complète avec notre propre laboratoire et radiologie conventionnelle. Tes tâches - notre poste Dans cette fonction, tu assumes la responsabilité opérationnelle de l'équipe des assistant(e)s médicaux(-ales). Tu participes activement au développement et à l'optimisation des processus ainsi qu'à l'assurance qualité, tout en contribuant à instaurer un climat de travail positif, respectueux et valorisant. Tu occupes également un rôle central dans la gestion organisationnelle et administrative de notre cabinet médical de groupe en médecine de premier recours. Tes principales responsabilités comprennent la coordination du fonctionnement du cabinet, le soutien à l'équipe médicale, la gestion du personnel ainsi que la garantie de la qualité et l'optimisation des processus internes. En collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe, tu contribues à créer un environnement de travail motivant, à assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction des patientes et des patients et à garantir une organisation efficace du cabinet.

Tes compétences - nos attentes

  • Formation d'assistant(e) médical(e) (CFC) complétée
  • Formation continue de coordinateur/trice médicale avec orientation gestion de cabinet est un atout
  • L'éxpérience en gestion d'équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise de MS Office
  • Bonne connaissance de l'allemand et du français ou volonté de perfectionner la langue complémentaire
  • Personnalité bienveillante, patiente, résistante au stress et appréciant le travail en équipe
  • Esprit d'initiative, sens des responsabilités et approche entrepreneuriale
  • Dynamisme et intérêt pour le développement de solutions de soins innovants
