BAK Economics est un institut suisse indépendant de recherche économique et de conseil. Pour diriger notre Central Unit, nous recherchons une personnalité engagée et organisée, capable d-assumer une fonction polyvalente et responsable. En tant que centre névralgique de l-entreprise, la Central Unit soutient nos différents départements spécialisés et est responsable des processus internes - notamment dans les domaines des RH et de l-administration. Dans ce rôle, vous prenez en charge un large éventail de tâches, travaillez de manière autonome et contribuez activement au développement de nos processus internes.

Votre rôle chez nous

  • En tant que cœur organisationnel, vous dirigez la Central Unit et coordonnez tous les processus et procédures centraux - c-est ici que tout converge.
  • Vous contribuez activement à nos processus RH tout au long du cycle de vie des employés - de la première candidature au dernier jour de travail.
  • Vous harmonisez les processus internes et les interfaces pour garantir un fonctionnement fluide et cohérent.
  • Vous êtes un partenaire fiable pour le département financier et apportez un soutien actif dans tous les domaines.
  • Vous remettez en question le statu quo, optimisez les processus existants et développez de manière autonome de nouvelles procédures.
  • Vous vous impliquez dans les questions juridiques et gardez une vue d-ensemble souveraine sur les procédures administratives.
  • Vous gérez de manière autonome l-actionnariat et accompagnez le conseil d-administration en tant qu-interlocutrice compétente sur diverses questions.
  • En support final, vous êtes le pilier organisationnel de nos projets et veillez à ce que tout soit administrativement à sa place.

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale de base avec formation complémentaire en RH et/ou paie (par ex. spécialiste RH, employé/e en personnel et assurance sociale).
  • Expérience dans une fonction autonome et de coordination ; une première expérience de direction est un avantage.
  • Expérience en RH et paie, idéalement y compris la comptabilité salariale.
  • Connaissances du droit du travail et de la sécurité sociale suisse ainsi que du droit des sociétés (un atout).
  • Maîtrise de Bexio et MS Office.
  • Travail précis, autonome et discret ainsi qu-une forte compréhension des processus.
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et bonnes connaissances en anglais ; le français est un atout.
