RESPONSABLE D’ACTIVITES =========================

L’Association « ESPRI » met au concours un poste de Responsable d’activités Installateur solaire, Installateur\-électricien, Charpentier ou Couvreur (H/F) CFC à 100%.

ESPRI développe, de sa propre initiative ou sur mandat d’organismes publics et privés, des activités professionnelles, des cours, du suivi individuel et des services permettant à quiconque d’intégrer progressivement le marché de l’emploi.

Vos missions :

En lien direct avec nos partenaires de projets solaires, vous intervenez dans l’exécution et le suivi de différents chantiers photovoltaïques.

• Coordination avec les partenaires de projets solaires

• Conduite d’une équipe de monteurs solaires photovoltaïques en formation, en acquisition de compétences et d’expériences professionnelles

Responsabilités principales :

• Organiser, réaliser et superviser des chantiers avec des personnes adultes en recherche d’emploi

• Favoriser l’émergence des compétences professionnelles des bénéficiaires

• Évaluer les acquis des bénéficiaires en fonction des objectifs fixés

• Développer de nouveaux partenariats et contribuer à la pérennisation des collaborations existantes

• Planifier, exécuter et assurer le suivi des différentes tâches administratives liées au poste

• Élaborer et assurer le suivi des devis et des factures, en collaboration avec les interlocuteurs concernés

• Assurer le suivi administratif et technique des travaux réalisés

• Veiller au respect des délais, des consignes de sécurité et des standards de qualité

• Garantir la qualité d’exécution des travaux et le bon déroulement des chantiers

Profil :

• Expériences réussies dans le domaine du photovoltaïque

• CFC d’installateur solaire, d’installateur\-électricien, de charpentier ou de couvreur

• Titulaire du diplôme de /\-sse socioprofessionnel/\-le (MSP), un atout

• Démontrer de solides qualités relationnelles, un sens de l’écoute et une capacité à instaurer un climat de confiance, tout en sachant transmettre les compétences, responsabiliser et assurer un suivi individualisé des bénéficiaires dans le développement de leur autonomie.

• Capacité à s’organiser et à prioriser les tâches

• Capacité à évaluer les acquis des bénéficiaires selon les objectifs fixés

• Aptitude et intérêt pour la prise de notions liées à l’élaboration des devis et des factures

• Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels

• Permis de conduire B indispensable
