Pour diriger notre agence d-Yverdon-les-Bains, nous recherchons un-e Responsable d'agence qui partage ce sens du dévouement et qui saura transmettre cette énergie constructive à son équipe pour développer le marché du Nord vaudois.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

En tant que moteur de l'agence, vous assumez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Animer, motiver et coacher au quotidien une équipe de spécialistes en placement de personnel (profils commerciaux et techniques).
  • Inculquer un état d-esprit positif, orienté solutions et axé sur l-écoute active.
  • Fixer les objectifs individuels et collectifs, et accompagner l-équipe dans leur réalisation.
  • Assurer la croissance de l-agence par des actions de prospection et de recrutement ciblées et la fidélisation d'un portefeuille de clients locaux
  • Être l-ambassadeur-drice de notre image de marque dans la région de Yverdon en participant aux événements économiques locaux.
  • Identifier les opportunités de marché et adapter l'offre de services (placement temporaire, fixe, payrolling).
  • Garantir le respect strict de la LSE (Loi sur le service de l'emploi) et des conventions collectives de travail (CCT).

Wir erwarten ##

  • Expérience confirmée : vous bénéficiez d'au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans le domaine du placement de personnel en Suisse, idéalement avec une première expérience en gestion d'équipe.
  • Ancrage régional : vous possédez un excellent réseau économique et une très bonne connaissance du tissu industriel, artisanal et commercial d'Yverdon-les-Bains et du Nord vaudois.
  • Aptitudes relationnelles : leader naturel-le, vous communiquez de manière franche, concise et positive. Votre empathie vous permet de faire grandir vos collaborateurs tout en maintenant un haut niveau d'exigence.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial : autonome, proactif-ve et doté-e d'un fort esprit de négociation.
